In today’s online shopping market, we believe that honesty is the best policy. That’s why we designed the most generous, fair, and transparent store policy for our customers. Payment Options:

The top priority at Milestones is to be safe and reliable. That is why Milestones uses ACH payments, Zelle Payments, credit cards and wire payments. We do not take any kind of personal or official checks and money orders. All packages are shipped after payment is received in full.

Our Shipping Policy:

Orders that are paid through credit card, debit card, and ACH are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your payment. All packages are shipped after payment is received. You will receive another email with a tracking number when your order has shipped. We offer free shipping and handling to U.S.

Refund Policy:

If, for any reason you wish to cancel your order, we invite you to review our refund policy. The following terms are applicable for any products that you purchased with us.

Your Order Cancellation Rights:

You are entitled to cancel your order as long as the order has not been shipped.

In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement.

We will reimburse you to no later than 14 days from the day that you cancelled your order. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

Returns: Milestones does not offer returns or exchanges. After an order is delivered, you have 3 days to confirm that the item is as specified. To confirm that you received the order, please email us at milestonellc8@gmail.com. After the three days have passed, Milestones will not be liable for any claims. Milestones can only offer a refund 1) if the item is damaged upon delivery 2) If the order is incorrect in terms of quantity 3) if the product does not meet the specified description.
